I don't exactly not like it, but I also don't get why some people love it. It's not among the works of genius by the Grateful Dead, that's for sure.

That's one of the beautiful things about the Grateful Dead - the songs mean so many different things to different people. In one it's the lyrics, in another it's Jerry's guitar etc. I noticed since the most recent round of scoffing at Tennessee Jed, I keep finding myself listening to that song with great appreciation. There are times I'm inclined to skip it, lately I'm inclined to repeat it! (maybe just to be ornery since people here diss it)
